I was born in the interior of western China. My city does not have the sea, but two rivers come together, and the sea, like the rivers, feeds the local people and witnesses the changes in the area. So I started my journey along the Melbourne city coastline, and this work explores the relationship between man and nature, reflecting the impact of urban expansion on the environment. From the sandy beaches to the exposed rocks to the wild growth of plants, perhaps the sea has a different meaning in everyone's mind.
